Hi there! 🌟I’m Kristen Naes (she/her), the proud—and profoundly grateful—owner of Lumina Healing Arts, LLC.

When I’m not supporting clients or working outside of Lumina as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), you’ll likely find me washing dishes while listening to the Psychic Teachers podcast, rereading a favorite Barbara Kingsolver novel for the seventh time, or chatting aloud with one of my spirit guides when I think no one’s listening. I’m kind of a dork, a little intense, and definitely not everyone’s cup of tea—and honestly, I’ve made peace with that.

Because I know now: I wasn’t meant to shape-shift.
I was meant to shine—and so are you.

Through Internal Family Systems (IFS), energy healing, and spiritual practices—including my growing devotion to evidential mediumship—I’ve learned how to come home to my body, connect with my inner wisdom, and trust the loving presence of Spirit guiding me forward. Mediumship, for me, is a sacred bridge—a way to remind people that love never dies, and we are never truly alone. It’s one of the deepest honors of my life to help others receive the healing, reassurance, and wonder that often comes when we connect with the other side.

I founded Lumina Healing Arts to help women and LGBTQIA+ folks return to their own light. My work is about more than healing—it’s about remembering. Remembering the truth of who you are. Remembering that you are whole. Remembering that you are deeply supported, both by your own inner parts and by the unseen loving forces that walk beside you.
